Illustrated Wedding Invitation Suite
I had the honor of designing a wedding suite for one of my closest friends. The challenge was to create a look tying together both her spring garden and movie themes. All the personalized illustrations and typography throughout began as hand-painted art. The Save the Date featured custom portraits of the bride and groom, and the invitations were completed with an illustrated map of the venue on the back. The rest of the suite was inspired by movie ephemera such as film strips, tickets, and scene clapboards.
